A renowned beverage company is looking for a Team Assistant. The selected candidate will be handling key business cycles, office operations, communication, and other administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage key documents such as S&OP presentations, meeting minutes, and business updates in designated folders
- Lead preparations for monthly internal Townhall Meetings and ensure timely submission of invoices during financial closings
- Oversee physical office conditions, including canteen supplies, cleanliness, hardware maintenance, and service provider coordination
- Maintain an updated diary for the General Manager, including scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements
- Organise flight details, hotel bookings, visa requirements, and itineraries for GM and LT members while managing visitor itineraries
- Greet external visitors professionally, ensure meeting rooms are ready for use, and set up interview sessions with required materials
- Regularly update the team calendar with key events, travel plans, and supported activities while keeping directories updated
- Prepare or enhance PowerPoint presentations as needed and handle video and telephone conference requirements efficiently
- Proactively manage general administrative tasks such as responding to inquiries, translating documents, filing, and courier services
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3-4 years of PA or Executive Secretarial experience is advantageous
- Experience in an FMCG multinational company is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent level Korean; business level English
