A global 3D printing solutions provider is looking for a Business Development Manager. The chosen candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic lead generation strategies, and craft comprehensive sales proposals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales opportunities in various industry segments across Korea for the software suite
- Take responsibility for sales pipeline development objectives and revenue targets
- Define and execute lead generation strategies to reach new potential customers
- Use consultative selling skills to identify customer needs and develop relevant business solutions
- Develop comprehensive sales proposals for projects that include software products as well as associated implementation and advisory services
- Manage complex sales processes involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Leverage networks to develop strong working relationships with companies and government organisations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or computer science
- More than 10 years of experience in sales and business development in the software industry for the Korean market
- Experience in additive manufacturing (3D printing)
- Excellent negotiation skills to influence customers and prospects
- Ability to interact effectively with individuals at different levels, both internally and externally
- Experience working in an additive manufacturing-related vertical industry (aerospace, automotive, service bureau, etc.) is preferred
