Salary: ₩70,000,000 – ₩110,000,000 per year
Location: Seoul Capital Area
Responsibilities:
- Establish and operate AML policies and frameworks
- Design and manage AML policies, systems, and procedures based on regulatory requirements
- Plan and execute core AML processes
- Review and improve internal policies based on risk-based approaches
- Build and operate audit and regulatory response systems
- Handle requests from financial regulators and manage internal/external audits and reporting
- Develop processes and manuals for embedding AML policies
- Lead monitoring and improvement of AML operations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of practical AML experience in financial, fintech, or digital asset industries
- Experience in AML system implementation or risk analysis systemization
- Hands-on experience with core AML processes (KYC, CDD/EDD, STR, etc.)
- Understanding of virtual asset-related laws and regulations (VASP, Special Act, etc.)
- Preferred: AML certifications (KCAMS, ACAMS, Certified AML Specialist, etc.)
- Preferred: Experience with government relations and financial authority audits
