HR Specialist

    Location: Seoul Capital Area

    Contract Type: Perm

    Salary: ₩60 million – ₩80 million/year

    An international sports retailer is searching for an HR Specialist. The chosen applicant will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, employee benefits, and HR administrative functions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare back data for monthly payroll with an outsourced vendor
    • Review personal profiles for new hires and input information in HRIS, including data collection, consolidation, and review
    • Reflect requests for overtime work, sales incentives, and other incentives
    • Withhold income tax and manage social insurance processes
    • Inform and collect documents for year-end income tax settlement with an outsourced vendor
    • Manage applications for company benefit programs and payment of beneficial allowances
    • Submit government grants for maternity, childcare leave, and other statutory reports
    • Manage documents of new hires and resignations, and support HRIS and ad-hoc HR projects

    Requirements:

    • More than 3 years of experience in HR payroll and rewards
    • Comprehensive Understanding of the labour law
    • Passion for Sports and Retail
    • Understanding of Workday, Shiftee, or Modu-sign
    • Ability and willingness to travel
    • Business level written and verbal English
