A Visual Lead role is now open in a foreign apparel retailer. The chosen applicant will be responsible for driving visual excellence and operational efficiency within the retail fashion environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the execution of key operational and visual processes to maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor
- Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising by ensuring product recovery, restock, destock, and visual changes in partnership with the General or Store Manager
- Plan and execute visual floor changes while managing payroll and adapting visual support to business needs
- Utilise reporting tools to identify business opportunities with product placement, outfitting, and stock levels
- Represent the business in meetings and conference calls while collaborating with the General or Store Manager on budgets, metrics, and planning processes
- Lead a team through accountability, coaching, talent development, and effective communication aligned with the company’s mission and guiding principles
- Establish internal and external talent pipelines through succession planning and recruitment strategies
- Oversee sales floor deliverables to achieve KPIs while protecting operational efficiency and maintaining visual standards
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
