Sales Account Manager

    Location: Gyeonggi-do

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Salary: ₩50,000,000 – ₩120,000,000 per annum

    An equipment manufacturer is looking for a Sales Account Manager. The selected candidate will be in charge of building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage key account business and develop new customer business in the Asia region
    • Plan strategic business initiatives by fostering positive relationships with customers
    • Create and track sales account targets with mid- and long-term forecasts
    • Monitor sales metrics, including quarterly, bi-annual, annual, and multi-year forecasts and revenue plans
    • Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customers as the main point of contact, collaborating with internal departments for support
    • Report on account status and business performance
    • Supervise representatives and partners, aligning efforts to achieve company growth

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics or Semiconductor Process-related
    • More than 3 years of sales experience in Semiconductor Process Equipment
    • Prior sales experience with customers in Taiwan and China is preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in written and verbal Korean and English (Chinese is a plus)
