A multinational automotive manufacturer is looking for an After-sales Director. The chosen applicant will be responsible for defining and executing the overall after-sales strategy to achieve growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute long-term after-sales strategies aligned with corporate goals
- Establish annual business plans, budgets, and revenue targets for Parts & Accessories and logistics businesses
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adjust business direction
- Introduce digital solutions to enhance efficiency and owner satisfaction
- Oversee supply chain, inventory, and cost optimisation to ensure timely parts availability
- Build and maintain a high-performing nationwide service and parts centre network
- Strengthen owner nurturing initiatives to boost service retention and repurchase rates
- Lead and motivate multifunctional aftersales teams across key areas
- Act as liaison with global HQ to ensure strategic alignment and best practice sharing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or related field
- More than 15 years of automotive experience
- More than 5 years in a Senior After-sales leadership role
- Strong knowledge of service network management, warranty policies and parts logistics
- Proven track record in improving profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational
efficiency - Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with global OEMs or premium brands is highly preferred
- Fluent level in English (other languages such as French are a plus)
