An international manufacturing company is searching for a Commercial Controller. The selected applicant will manage cash flow, financial performance, reporting, credit risk, and compliance to support strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage cash availability and prepare cash flow forecasts
- Prepare and analyse weekly and monthly AR collection and overdue reports
- Lead monthly follow-up and reporting on key financial indicators, including EBITDA, OWC, and ROCE
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budget and forecasts, highlighting key deviations
- Monitor credit exposure and manage associated risks to safeguard financial stability
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including sales reports and fixed cost analyses
- Ensure smooth month-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with group rules, policies, and Code of Ethics, especially in internal controls and segregation of duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in commercial controlling, financial analysis, or a related role within a multinational environment
- Strong understanding of cash management, AR processes, and financial KPIs (EBITDA, OWC, ROCE)
- Proficient in financial reporting tools and MS Office; Power BI is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information
- Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance and uphold ethical standards
