Field Sales Manager

    Location: Seoul Capital Area

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Salary: ₩50,000,000 – ₩80,000,000 per annum

    An international logistics company is searching for a Field Sales Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for overseeing and growing revenue within an assigned territory.

    Responsibilities:

    • Achieve revenue and GP budget for the assigned territory
    • Identify and build relationships with clients within the territory, focusing on preferred client criteria
    • Maintain and develop account lists (existing & potential) with decision-making authority in the territory
    • Create and manage opportunity pipelines exceeding the territory budget/hit rates
    • Ensure CRM compliance by registering and updating opportunities promptly
    • Conduct client visits, phone calls, and direct communication to meet FaceTime targets
    • Provide customer-centric solutions using XXX selling processes and continuously updated market knowledge
    • Collaborate closely with internal colleagues and related departments to maximise sales potential
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting effectively
    • Document and distribute customer intelligence within the organisation

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • More than 3 years of proven sales experience (international transportation and logistics is preferred)
    • Experience in the forwarding industry
    • Strong understanding of financial aspects of the local and international market, including currency factors and cultural differences
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Fluent level English
