A global chemical manufacturer is searching for a Country Manager and Business Development Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for supporting business growth by driving business development.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business development at key OEM and subsidiary units
- Market company product and brand value
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in chemical engineering, Polymer, or related field
- More than 7 years of Sales & Marketing experience in the Chemical or related industry
- Experience in business development (especially OEM-focused & international subsidiaries)
- Experience collaborating closely with Sales, QC, R&D, and Technical Service teams
- Sales strategy development aligned with BU strategy
- Customer relationship management and OEM network development
- Strong understanding of Sales & Marketing principles
- Excellent conceptual and project management ability
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and event moderation skills
- Leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate
- Proficient in English
