A nonprofit organisation is looking for a Senior Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial planning, operations, reporting, and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor financial plans and budgets aligned with organisational goals
- Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Prepare and present financial statements, management reports, and forecasts
- Manage cash flow to maintain liquidity and assess financial risks to implement mitigation strategies
- Act as the primary point of contact for audits and financial inquiries
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and finance standards
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decisions
- Manage responsibilities related to Board reports and preparations
- Provide reports and oversee tasks related to Seoul City, the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and the National Tax Service
- Manage accounting documents related to donation receipts, expense approvals, and expenditure documents
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
- Evaluate and improve financial systems and tools for efficiency and accuracy
- Implement internal controls and risk management procedures
- Support digital transformation of financial workflows
- Develop and document financial policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of work experience in a relevant field
- Proficient in accounting software
- Familiarity with financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in English and Korean

- Experience in non-profit organisations
