Marketing Manager

    Location: Seoul Capital Area

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Salary: ₩70,000,000 – ₩90,000,000 per annum

    An international educational institution is seeking a Marketing Manager. The selected applicant will be in charge of driving brand visibility and enrolment by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive the school’s brand visibility and enrolment through effective marketing strategies tailored to the school’s context
    • Develop marketing strategies and implementation plans
    • Liaise with local marketing, branding, and digital agencies and manage digital platforms
    • Create compelling content and leverage social media and SEO/SEM to engage prospective families and build community connections

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, journalism, communications, or comparable experience
    • More than 10 years of professional experience in marketing, the B2C marketing sector, and the online/digital marketing field is preferred
    • Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics and reporting tools, including emerging technologies such as AI
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Applicants must already hold a valid working visa for Korea (Visa sponsorship is not available for this position)
    • Native level English
