A global R&D technology company is looking for a Business Analyst. The chosen applicant will be responsible for supporting the implementation of scientific applications, gathering and documenting customer requirements, and collaborating with global teams.
Responsibilities:
- Learn new scientific applications and gain hands-on experience in application configuration and implementation
- Provide Business Analyst support, including Korean language support when required
- Coordinate with customers in Korean to understand current systems, gather requirements, share status and progress, manage issues, and conduct meetings
- Create requirements and specification documents, process flows, and other necessary documentation
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams across multiple engagements and global locations
- Read and adhere to relevant SOPs, guidelines, and work instructions while performing tasks
- Support basic project management activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in life sciences, mathematics, or statistics
- More than 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience of working with end users to document requirements and build consensus for the current situation
- Knowledge in drug research and development process
- Business analysis skills
- Business level written and verbal Korean (2C/2D level in the Korean language certification) and English
