A foreign medical device company is looking for an Associate Project Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for driving strategic and operational initiatives by managing end-to-end projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plan, timeline, and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional project team and ensure achievement of milestones and deliverables
- Communicate project progress to senior management and stakeholders through reports and meetings
- Identify and prioritise strategic operations initiatives to support sustainable business growth
- Deliver data-driven project recommendations and change strategy to stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end implementation of projects, including training, process, and organisational change
- Lead Value Improvement Program (VIP), including training, promotion, tracking, and reporting
- Establish and manage the KPI system and continuous improvement framework, such as PKP and control tower setting
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of structured project management experience
- More than 3 years of experience as an in-house Project Manager
- Proven ability to proactively lead and manage global/regional/cross-functional project deployment
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate cost optimisation initiatives
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain industry practices (manufacturing, logistics)
- Possess valid training or certification in project management fields (PMP, PMI) is a preferred
- Proficient in Korean and English
