Associate Project Manager

    Location: Seoul Capital Area

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Salary: ₩70,000,000 per annum

    A foreign medical device company is looking for an Associate Project Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for driving strategic and operational initiatives by managing end-to-end projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop project plan, timeline, and resource allocation
    • Lead cross-functional project team and ensure achievement of milestones and deliverables
    • Communicate project progress to senior management and stakeholders through reports and meetings
    • Identify and prioritise strategic operations initiatives to support sustainable business growth
    • Deliver data-driven project recommendations and change strategy to stakeholders
    • Manage end-to-end implementation of projects, including training, process, and organisational change
    • Lead Value Improvement Program (VIP), including training, promotion, tracking, and reporting
    • Establish and manage the KPI system and continuous improvement framework, such as PKP and control tower setting

    Requirements:

    • More than 5 years of structured project management experience
    • More than 3 years of experience as an in-house Project Manager
    • Proven ability to proactively lead and manage global/regional/cross-functional project deployment
    • Strong analytical skills to evaluate cost optimisation initiatives
    • Solid understanding of Supply Chain industry practices (manufacturing, logistics)
    • Possess valid training or certification in project management fields (PMP, PMI) is a preferred
    • Proficient in Korean and English
