Business Development Manager

    Location: Seoul Capital Area

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Salary: ₩80,000,000 – ₩150,000,000 per annum

    A global 3D printing solutions provider is looking for a Business Development Manager. The chosen candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic lead generation strategies, and craft comprehensive sales proposals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop sales opportunities in various industry segments across Korea for the software suite
    • Take responsibility for sales pipeline development objectives and revenue targets
    • Define and execute lead generation strategies to reach new potential customers
    • Use consultative selling skills to identify customer needs and develop relevant business solutions
    • Develop comprehensive sales proposals for projects that include software products as well as associated implementation and advisory services
    • Manage complex sales processes involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
    • Leverage networks to develop strong working relationships with companies and government organisations

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or computer science
    • More than 10 years of experience in sales and business development in the software industry for the Korean market
    • Experience in additive manufacturing (3D printing)
    • Excellent negotiation skills to influence customers and prospects
    • Ability to interact effectively with individuals at different levels, both internally and externally
    • Experience working in an additive manufacturing-related vertical industry (aerospace, automotive, service bureau, etc.) is preferred
