A foreign manufacturing company is searching for a Business Development Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for driving regional sales growth through strategic planning and key account management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop territory sales plans and key account strategies for the assigned region
- Achieve annual sales revenue and new project acquisition targets
- Support sales growth through authorised distributors in the assigned region
- Manage and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction
- Leverage internal resources to support customer needs and sales activities
- Utilise Salesforce for CRM management and sales reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management
- More than 10 years of experience in key account management (component or industrial products is preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Business level English
