Business Development Manager

    Location: Gyeonggi-do

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Salary: ₩80,000,000 – ₩150,000,000 per annum

    A foreign manufacturing company is searching for a Business Development Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for driving regional sales growth through strategic planning and key account management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop territory sales plans and key account strategies for the assigned region
    • Achieve annual sales revenue and new project acquisition targets
    • Support sales growth through authorised distributors in the assigned region
    • Manage and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction
    • Leverage internal resources to support customer needs and sales activities
    • Utilise Salesforce for CRM management and sales reporting

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management
    • More than 10 years of experience in key account management (component or industrial products is preferred)
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Leadership experience is a plus
    • Ability and willingness to travel
    • Business level English
