A Consulting Manager role is now open in a foreign computing software company. The chosen applicant will lead a high-performing team to deliver strategic consulting services, drive customer success, and support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of consultants and industry experts to ensure effective project delivery and professional growth
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion by identifying new service offerings aligned with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Partner with sales, pre-sales, and engineering teams to develop and grow the consulting business
- Collaborate with consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and foster long-term client relationships
- Define and implement innovative go-to-market strategies tailored to different customer segments and key industry verticals
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality consulting services, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in project execution
Develop strong senior and executive-level relationships with key customer accounts to support business growth
- Contribute to sales and service strategy by aligning resources and participating in industry events to build thought leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 7 years of professional work experience (more than 15 years of experience is preferred)
- More than 2 years of management experience (more than 5 years of management experience is preferred)
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the consulting industry, ideally within the engineering or technology sector
- Strong understanding of technical computing and design automation tools and their
applications - Proven track record of growing a service-related business in a technical field
- Possess a valid authorisation to work in Korea
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Proficient in written and verbal English
