District Manager

    Location: Seoul Capital Area

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Salary: ₩50,000,000 – ₩70,000,000 per annum

    A multinational footwear company is looking for a District Manager. The selected applicant will lead and support store leadership to drive operational excellence, achieve sales targets, and ensure compliance with company standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and support store leadership to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
    • Supervise and evaluate store performance, adjusting goals, procedures, and strategies as needed
    • Ensure stores follow company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines while delivering quality customer experiences
    • Collaborate with corporate teams to implement district-level initiatives aligned with company objectives
    • Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
    • Provide performance reports and recommend improvements for underperforming stores
    • Foster a positive environment that motivates store teams and builds a culture of accountability

    Requirements:

    • High School diploma or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s degree is preferred)
    • 4-6 years of retail management experience
    • 2-4 years of multi-unit management experience
    • Experience in retail management, with a track record of success in leading
      multiple locations or teams
    • Familiarity with budget management, sales forecasting, and P&L
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions to improve store performance
    • Ability and willingness to travel
