A multinational footwear company is looking for a District Manager. The selected applicant will lead and support store leadership to drive operational excellence, achieve sales targets, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support store leadership to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Supervise and evaluate store performance, adjusting goals, procedures, and strategies as needed
- Ensure stores follow company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines while delivering quality customer experiences
- Collaborate with corporate teams to implement district-level initiatives aligned with company objectives
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide performance reports and recommend improvements for underperforming stores
- Foster a positive environment that motivates store teams and builds a culture of accountability
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s degree is preferred)
- 4-6 years of retail management experience
- 2-4 years of multi-unit management experience
- Experience in retail management, with a track record of success in leading
multiple locations or teams - Familiarity with budget management, sales forecasting, and P&L
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions to improve store performance
- Ability and willingness to travel
