    Salary: ₩80,000,000 – ₩130,000,000 per annum

    About the Role:
    A design software company is recruiting an Engineering Manager who will be responsible for setting goals for team members, supporting the achievement of team objectives, and leading the team effectively. Candidates with more than 8 years of software development experience are encouraged to apply.

    Responsibilities:

    • Set individual goals aligned with team objectives and lead/support team success
    • Assign tasks and manage resources based on each team member’s skills and experience to maximize productivity
    • Communicate company business goals, key projects, and organization-wide updates to the team
    • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to design, develop, integrate, and manage innovative software solutions
    • Establish and drive technical vision and roadmap to anticipate future requirements and evolving infrastructure
    • Share the latest development trends to elevate the technical level of team projects
    • Provide technical guidance, advice, and mentoring to team members
    • Coordinate strategies, processes, and decision-making across multiple teams to build a collaborative and efficient development culture

    Requirements:

    • 8+ years of software development experience
    • Resume must include project portfolio or detailed career summary
    • Experience in both frontend and backend development
    • 2+ years of people management experience as a team lead/engineering manager
    • Strong project scheduling and resource management skills
    • Solid problem-solving ability backed by technical knowledge
    • Business-level or higher English communication skills
    • Preferred: experience in graphic software or UI platforms
    • Preferred: experience in large-scale system design and implementation
