A foreign manufacturing company is searching for a Finance & Admin Assistant Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial planning, reporting, office administration, and IT support to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse annual and quarterly budgets and forecasts
- Monitor projected revenue, expenses, and profit margins
- Conduct financial performance and variance analysis
- Provide variance analysis and identify root causes of deviations
- Prepare periodic financial reports for APAC and maintain ERP data
- Monitor accounts receivable and support credit control
- Support external audit preparation and company income tax reporting
- Manage office operations, supplies, facilities, and internal documentation
- Organise contracts, reports, corporate records, and approval workflows
- Oversee expense tracking, administrative reporting, and event support
- Manage IT infrastructure, system performance, and asset inventory
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- More than 5 years of experience in commercial finance, financial analysis, or a related role
- Strong experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prior experience in financial reporting and working with senior management teams to drive strategic decision-making
- Proficient with financial management software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Excel)
- Advanced knowledge of financial analysis tools, reporting software, and business intelligence platforms
- Familiarity with GAAP, internal controls, and financial regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders

- Experience in a manufacturing or consumer goods environment
