Healthcare/HR & General Affairs HR/GA Senior

    Pay: ₩50,000,000 – ₩80,000,000 per year

    An AI-based brain disease companion diagnostic platform company is seeking an HR/GA Senior to handle human resources and general affairs tasks. We welcome applications from professionals with relevant work experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and operate HR systems (recruitment, evaluation, compensation, promotion, etc.)
    • Manage employment contracts, attendance, leave, disciplinary actions, grievances, and labor relations
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and related regulations
    • Improve employee welfare and organizational culture
    • Analyze HR data and report to management
    • Manage office, facilities, and supplies
    • Handle asset purchasing and maintenance
    • Plan company events and operate welfare programs
    • Provide other internal and external administrative support

    Requirements:

    • Strong document drafting and review skills
    • Ability to prioritize across projects and manage schedules
    • Logical decision-making ability
    • Preferred: experience in HR and labor affairs at startups
    • Preferred: experience in HR system planning and operations
    • Preferred: experience in organizational culture improvement and change management projects
    • Preferred: experience in internal conflict resolution
