An AI-based brain disease companion diagnostic platform company is seeking an HR/GA Senior to handle human resources and general affairs tasks. We welcome applications from professionals with relevant work experience.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and operate HR systems (recruitment, evaluation, compensation, promotion, etc.)
- Manage employment contracts, attendance, leave, disciplinary actions, grievances, and labor relations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and related regulations
- Improve employee welfare and organizational culture
- Analyze HR data and report to management
- Manage office, facilities, and supplies
- Handle asset purchasing and maintenance
- Plan company events and operate welfare programs
- Provide other internal and external administrative support
Requirements:
- Strong document drafting and review skills
- Ability to prioritize across projects and manage schedules
- Logical decision-making ability
- Preferred: experience in HR and labor affairs at startups
- Preferred: experience in HR system planning and operations
- Preferred: experience in organizational culture improvement and change management projects
- Preferred: experience in internal conflict resolution
