IT Desktop support

    Salary: $2,900 – $3,400 per year (USD)

    Role Overview

    You will be responsible for providing hands-on IT support for end users, troubleshooting desktop/laptop issues, supporting meeting rooms, and assisting with day-to-day technical operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of experience looking to grow in a fast-paced international IT environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide Level 1 onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
    • Troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365, VPN, and basic network connectivity issues
    • Respond to tickets through ITSM tools (ServiceNow / JIRA / Zendesk)
    • Set up workstations, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals
    • Support meeting rooms, video-conferencing equipment, and basic AV issues
    • Assist with password resets, user account creation, and basic AD tasks
    • Perform hardware swaps, imaging, and basic diagnostics
    • Coordinate with Level 2/3 teams for escalations
    • Maintain documentation, checklists, and daily activity reports
    • Provide professional customer service to business users and VIPs

    Requirements

    • 2–3 years experience in Level 1 / desktop support
    • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office, O365
    • Basic understanding of networking, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting
    • Experience with hardware support (laptops, desktops, printers)
    • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
    • Good communication skills in English (Cantonese/Mandarin a bonus)
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership of incidents
    • Must be available for onsite work in Hong Kong

    Nice to Have

    • Knowledge of Active Directory
    • Basic AV/VC support (Zoom, Teams, Webex)
    • Experience supporting VIP users
    • IT certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft Fundamentals
