The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient office management. Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Office Operations: Manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring that it is well-organized and that the team has the necessary resources to work effectively.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to management and other departments as required, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
- Supply Management: Oversee the ordering and maintenance of office supplies, ensuring that all materials are stocked and available for daily use.
- Document Management: Maintain filing systems, ensuring that all documents are organized, easily accessible, and up to date.
- Travel Coordination: Assist in arranging travel and accommodation for team members, including preparing itineraries and ensuring all travel arrangements are in place.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and presentations, both internally and externally.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Compliance & Confidentiality: Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality in all administrative processes and sensitive information.
- Adhoc Support: Collaborate with office management team for ad-hoc duties or project.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in office administration
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in the fashion retail industry or in a multinational company.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on supporting the wider team and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
