Salary: ₩60,000,000 – ₩90,000,000 per annum
An international food manufacturer is searching for a Quality Team Leader. The chosen applicant will be responsible for ensuring compliance, leading audits, resolving quality issues, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and continuously monitor quality-related KPIs
- Analyse data to identify trends and improvement areas
- Lead and manage audits from customers and certification bodies
- Ensure audit readiness and manage resolutions for non-conformities
- Maintain robust quality management system documentation
- Act as the main point of contact for quality-related issues
- Lead initiatives to resolve quality problems and implement preventive measures
- Implement effective corrective and preventive actions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Food Science, Biology, or a related science field
- More than 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing plant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple major initiatives simultaneously
- Fluent level Korean and English
