A Regional Key Account Manager role is now open in a foreign adhesive solutions company. The selected applicant will manage key accounts, drive business growth, coordinate regional activities, and provide market insights.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse key decision-making units in the value chain of assigned key accounts
- Increase customer intimacy and maintain relationships with key contacts across purchasing, R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and quality organisations internationally
- Identify business potentials at defined accounts and coordinate regional activities to achieve profitable sales
- Motivate local sales and support teams to work proactively toward common objectives
- Drive spec-in of solutions at defined customers’ R&D centres within the Home Appliance market, including tier suppliers and converters
- Define product development needs for assigned accounts and tier suppliers participating in development processes, followed by spec-in at R&D centres or manufacturing sites
- Lead negotiation, distribution, and follow-up of all contracts in Sales (VPA), Logistics, Quality, and Engineering
- Gather and analyse competitive environment and market intelligence, and provide timely feedback to peers
- Lead cross-regional meetings, including preparation and follow-up
- Formulate and propose short and mid-term plans covering PNS, MI development, strategic objectives, resource allocation, and relevant KPIs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or chemical
- More than 5 years of professional experience
- Native level Korean; fluent level English
