Regulatory Affairs Manager

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Salary: ₩60,000,000 – ₩80,000,000 per annum

    A foreign consumer goods company is looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager. The qualified candidate will manage regulatory activities, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and support business operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and mentor Regulatory Affairs Associate, ensuring understanding of regulations, maintaining robust record keeping, and driving process improvement
    • Analyse and evaluate regulations and technical data, prepare and maintain import and registration records, and engage with domestic authorities to enhance regulatory processes
    • Develop regulatory processes and procedures, provide training to other regulatory personnel, and deliver written regulatory assessments for change management requests
    • Monitor regulatory changes in South Korea, assess new or proposed requirements, and maintain updated regulatory intelligence files
    • Ensure label compliance with regulations, oversee packaging processes, and collaborate with CSL and Quality teams for process effectiveness
    • Review advertising assets for regulatory compliance in a timely and accurate manner
    • Represent Regulatory Affairs on cross-functional teams, providing proactive and high-quality regulatory advice and written opinions
    • Represent the company in government working groups and industry associations
    • Provide regulatory support and backup for distributor markets

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or above in a science-related field (chemistry, biochemistry, etc.), food science/nutrition, animal science, or veterinary
    • More than 6 years of experience in the pet food or a similar regulatory field
