Senior Programme Manager

    Location: Seoul Capital Area

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Salary: ₩100,000,000 – ₩120,000,000 per annum

    A foreign professional services company is searching for a Senior Programme Manager. The chosen applicant will lead programme delivery, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for the client across the programme of work and ensure accountability for all deliverables
    Manage key stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication across client business units
    Monitor compliance with client practices, processes, and templates to reduce project risks and costs
    Oversee the collection and analysis of programme and project information to support decision-making and maintain accurate reporting
    Promote continuous quality monitoring and drive improvements across projects and documentation
    Drive effective communication and coordination to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
    Collaborate with and oversee project teams and client stakeholders through each project phase, managing budgets, risks, documentation, scope changes, and project closure
    Guide project teams to deliver according to specifications, schedules, budgets, and quality standards
    Attend senior leadership and programme meetings and prepare minutes, presentations, and programme progress reports
    Support project planning through initiation by preparing budgets, defining scope and schedules, and consolidating documentation for approvals
    Maintain a current project pipeline and proactively manage, track, and report approval status
    Implement project controls for budget, scope, schedules, risk, quality, and health and safety requirements
    Manage vendor performance according to contractual frameworks and ensure delivery within the defined scope
    Oversee quality control processes including inspections and audits to ensure work meets required standards
    Support creation and sharing of lessons learned and ensure project teams resolve any identified audit gaps

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field
    More than 10 years of post-graduate experience in capital works or programmes within complex multinational client organisations
    Experience delivering or overseeing multiple high-value projects ($25M+ USD capital spend)
    Previous experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or related high-tech industries
    Understanding of cleanroom environments, specialised manufacturing processes, and mission-critical facility requirements
    Strong digital literacy and experience using project management information systems
    Fluent level written and verbal Korean and English

    Preferred requirements:

    Experience delivering non-standard spaces such as cleanrooms,
    laboratories, data centres, manufacturing facilities, specialized R&D centres, and mission-critical infrastructure
    Familiarity with semiconductor industry standards, environmental regulations, and safety requirements for hazardous materials handling
    Experience working with senior executives, technical specialists, and cross-cultural teams in multinational environments
    Strong numerical skills with experience in budget management, cost control, and financial reporting for large-scale projects
    Proficient in other languages
