A global software company is looking for a Solution Architect. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end solution implementation, drive customer success, and deliver supply chain planning projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full project lifecycle from design to delivery across industries and regions
- Gather and analyse customer requirements through workshops and documentation
- Design achievable solution blueprints aligned with customer needs
- Guide consultants to configure solutions and implement performance monitoring
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate defect tracking and resolution
- Deliver training sessions for Super Users and End Users globally
- Support customer demos and contribute to internal process improvements
- Mentor and guide junior team members
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or above in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields preferred
- More than 8 years of experience implementing supply chain planning applications
- Practical experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, IBP, Assortment Planning, Order Fulfilment, Allocation Planning, Supply Planning
- Proven experience leading full lifecycle supply chain planning implementations, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and go-live
- Experience with agile methodology, statistics, machine learning, optimisation
- Skilled in data analysis, data mining, and handling large datasets
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability and willingness to travel
