Territory Sales Engineer

    Location: Seoul Capital Area

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Salary: ₩50,000,000 – ₩80,000,000 per annum

    A Territory Sales Engineer role is now open in a high-tech tools and systems manufacturer. The selected applicant will be managing the territory, driving sales growth, and supporting customers and partners to achieve business goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Cover and manage the assigned territory and product lines, supporting customers, distributors, and agents
    • Develop and execute annual sales strategies, plans, projections, and goals; monitor market conditions and adjust accordingly
    • Report monthly on sales performance, competitor activity, distributor and agent updates, and market opportunities
    • Plan and deliver workshops, seminars, and customer training sessions
    • Develop and manage distributor and agent training programs in alignment with long-term business goals
    • Ensure end-user satisfaction by supporting or intervening beyond distributors when necessary
    • Execute joint marketing activities such as trade shows, seminars, conferences, and direct marketing
    • Support major bids with distributors and personally lead key opportunities to secure competitive pricing and terms
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
    • Define and deliver strategic account development objectives
    • Maintain accurate CRM records (SAP, Cirrus) and ensure timely handling of orders and customer communication
    • Oversee customer satisfaction and coordinate closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service
    • Manage post-sales support and customer training as needed
    • Monitor and improve operational performance metrics such as response time and installation quality
    • Provide effective training on products, techniques, and applications

    Requirements:

    • Experience in sales, technical sales, or territory management (high-tech or analytical equipment industries are preferred)
    • Experience in major bids, pricing negotiations, and key account management
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (SAP, Cirrus)
    • Strong capability in developing or executing sales strategies and adjusting to the market changes
    • Proven ability to build and maintain customer and distributor relationships
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills
    • Ability to deliver technical workshops and training sessions
    • Ability and willingness to travel
