A healthcare platform service company is recruiting a Head of Overseas Sales Team to discover promising overseas products and services, negotiate and improve contract terms, and oversee global business expansion. Professionals with 7+ years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery of promising overseas products/services and negotiation/improvement of contract terms
- Obtain and review required documentation for domestic import/operation
- Handle orders and liaise with freight forwarders
- Manage regular/occasional meetings (including in-person business trips if needed)
- Identify new business partners and establish trading structures
- Address partner requirements, including preparations for official exports
- Manage partner operations: orders, collections, shipments, sales settlements
- Oversee and improve P&L by country and partner
- Track and manage product improvement/change requirements
- Recruit, coach, evaluate, and develop team members
- Adjust project priorities and allocate resources effectively
Requirements:
- 7+ years of end-to-end process experience (including overseas buyer discovery, FMCG export-operations, and team leadership)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills (English required)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with FMCG markets, buyer characteristics, and marketing trends preferred
- Experience with health supplements or food imports/exports (North America/Europe preferred)
- Experience managing global e-commerce channels (Amazon, Tmall, Shopee) and agencies preferred
