Sales Head

    Salary: ₩80,000,000 – ₩120,000,000 per year

    A smart elevator company is recruiting a Sales Head to lead elevator sales and order activities for domestic construction companies. We welcome applications from professionals with relevant experience.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct elevator sales and order activities targeting mid-to-large domestic construction companies

    Introduce, promote, and propose products to major real estate developers

    Carry out sales activities based on networks and discover new clients

    Build and manage sales teams, including organizational operations

    Requirements:

    B2B sales experience in elevators, machinery, equipment, or construction materials

    Experience in revenue generation and organizational management at domestic mid-sized companies (background in major firms is not required)

    Experience focusing more on remodeling sales rather than new business, with sales activities primarily targeting property owners and users rather than construction companies

    Ability in organizational management, including team setup and process establishment

    Preferred: Possession of networks with construction firms and developers

    Preferred: Leadership experience in related industries (elevators, machinery, equipment, construction materials)
