A high-tech tools and systems manufacturer is looking for a Customer Support Executive. The chosen applicant will be responsible for managing order processing, customer service sales, and support agreement renewals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders, invoicing, and debt collection through SAP Sales Cloud
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on open quotes
- Promote and sell service products, including Contracts, Training, and Upgrades
- Maintain and renew support agreements, ensuring high contract renewal rates
- Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional programs and campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and OEM partners
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order, delivery, and service issues
- Prepare and submit monthly sales and administration reports
- Support Service Cloud and FSM implementation, ensuring accurate job records
- Maintain product knowledge and provide market intelligence to support sales efforts
Requirements:
- General Business Admin Degree
- Commercial astute, marketing, and logistics experiences
- Good understanding of customer requirements and how to use consumables in day-to-day applications
- Solid administrative or reporting skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Prior customer-facing and negotiating experience is preferred
- Proficient in written and verbal English
