Customer Support Executive

    Location: Seoul Capital Area

    Job Type: Permanent

    Salary: ₩2,800,000 – ₩3,500,000

    A high-tech tools and systems manufacturer is looking for a Customer Support Executive. The chosen applicant will be responsible for managing order processing, customer service sales, and support agreement renewals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage customer orders, invoicing, and debt collection through SAP Sales Cloud
    • Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on open quotes
    • Promote and sell service products, including Contracts, Training, and Upgrades
    • Maintain and renew support agreements, ensuring high contract renewal rates
    • Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional programs and campaigns
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and OEM partners
    • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order, delivery, and service issues
    • Prepare and submit monthly sales and administration reports
    • Support Service Cloud and FSM implementation, ensuring accurate job records
    • Maintain product knowledge and provide market intelligence to support sales efforts

    Requirements:

    • General Business Admin Degree
    • Commercial astute, marketing, and logistics experiences
    • Good understanding of customer requirements and how to use consumables in day-to-day applications
    • Solid administrative or reporting skills
    • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Prior customer-facing and negotiating experience is preferred
    • Proficient in written and verbal English
