A company specializing in research and development of automotive electronic components is seeking an SW Project Leader to take charge of software development projects for automotive electronic components. We welcome applications from professionals with over 5 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead software development projects for automotive electronic components (MCU Platform SW development)
- Analyze customer requirements and propose solutions
- Conduct code reviews and prepare technical documentation
- Analyze and resolve technical issues
- Manage development processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Majors in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications/Computer Engineering or related fields
- Experience in analysis and development of automotive software
- TOEIC Speaking Level 7 or above (preferred)
- JLPT N2 or JPT 800+ (preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (preferred)
- Experience leading global automotive electronic component OEM projects (preferred)
