A SaaS-based IT service company is seeking a Backend Engineer who will be responsible for the architecture design and development of AI Native Observability services. We welcome applications from experienced professionals with relevant expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop backend architecture for AI Native Observability services
- Research and propose optimization methods to minimize failures/issues in client IT environments through data collection and analysis
- Collect, process, and provide APIs tailored to frontend requirements
- Research and suggest efficient data storage structures
- Identify and develop new monitoring areas
Requirements:
- Understanding of IT infrastructure including OS, networks, and file systems
- Knowledge of software development methodologies
- Experience developing socket network programs using Netty Framework
- Experience developing application servers using Spring Framework
- Development experience using Spring Security and JPA
- Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL data processing
- Experience designing and operating Microservice Architecture (MSA)
- Proven track record in performance optimization and system stability in high-traffic environments
- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve development productivity and efficiency
- Experience with public cloud usage or cloud-based development
- Experience using or developing on Kubernetes
- Experience developing and operating services in multi-region, multi-cloud environments
- Strong ability to document ideas and technical opinions
Preferred Qualifications:
- SaaS service development experience
- Experience as a development lead or project manager
- Experience creating libraries or maintaining open-source projects
- Experience using or developing monitoring services
- Experience operating monitoring environments using Prometheus (metrics collection, alert configuration)
- Experience designing, implementing, and visualizing dashboards using Grafana
- Relevant certifications (Public Cloud, Kubernetes)
- External presentation experience at conferences or public events
