A medical AI company is hiring a Backend Engineer to take ownership of the design, development, and deployment of DICOM medical image transmission and classification methods within the SwiftSight backend pipeline. We welcome applications from experienced professionals with 5+ years of backend development experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy DICOM medical image transmission and classification methods within the SwiftSight backend pipeline
- Develop core new APIs for the SwiftSight SaaS platform while ensuring scalability and reliability
- Participate in project architecture design, contribute to strategic decisions, and propose innovative solutions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of practical backend development experience
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Golang, Python, Typescript)
- Experience in API design and scalable system development
- Experience with relational databases (including PostgreSQL)
- Strong interest in software development methodologies and design patterns, with proven application experience
- Experience developing microservice architectures in cloud environments
- Strong interest in new product development and willingness to participate actively
- Ability to share ideas proactively and collaborate on problem-solving
- Knowledge of Golang and Protobuf is a plus
