We are seeking an HR Lead with over 10 years of comprehensive HR experience to take charge of organizational culture and workplace enhancement initiatives. We welcome applications from seasoned professionals who are passionate about contributing to company performance and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Improve organizational culture and workplace environment to enhance company performance
- Plan and manage HR processes across talent acquisition, policy design/implementation, performance management, compensation, training, and culture development
- Analyze organizational issues and propose solutions
- Establish and execute strategic HR direction in areas such as recruitment, evaluation, compensation, training, and organizational culture
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive organizational growth and change
Requirements:
- 10+ years of comprehensive HR experience
- 3+ years of team management experience
- Strong and flexible communication skills
- Proven track record of designing and implementing new HR policies that brought positive organizational change
- Prior experience in HR policy planning/operations within IT platforms, fintech, or related industries is a plus
- Knowledge of labor standards and employment-related laws is an advantage
