Sales Representative

    Salary: ₩50,000,000 – ₩60,000,000 per annum

    Location: Seoul Capital Area

    A global medical technology company is searching for a Sales Representative. The chosen applicant will be executing sales strategies, managing customer intelligence, promoting products in healthcare settings.

    Responsibilities:

    • Achieve financial goals by aligning with company objectives, generating revenue, and identifying new opportunities
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including DNEs, to drive new patient capture and market growth
    • Collaborate with distributors to increase sales and identify opportunities through customer visits
    • Monitor and analyse metrics such as Share of Categories (SoC) and new patient capture programs to pursue revenue growth
    • Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare facilities to promote medical products
    • Execute retail activation programs and loyalty retention initiatives to maintain market leadership position
    • Input customer call activities into the Health Cloud system and update customer management data in a timely manner
    • Identify unmet needs through customer visits and execute plans for conversion in collaboration with distributors

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or above (Master’s/MBA degree is a plus)
    • More than 3 years of experience in Sales
    • Sales experience in medical products (diabetic products such as insulin pumps, BGM, and other injection devices is preferred)
    • Experience analysing data and market trends
    • Strong analytical and communication skills
    • Proficient in English is preferred
