A marketing solutions company is searching for a Customer Success Manager. The chosen applicant will be managing retailer and supplier relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, and supporting ongoing client success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day communication with brands, suppliers, and internal cross-functional teams
- Establish and communicate timelines of deliverables with suppliers and brand teams
- Present the platform through clear and efficient demos
- Support creation of campaign materials, bespoke presentations, and marketing content
- Ensure accuracy and compliance within internal platforms
- Analyse key performance metrics to provide confident feedback to suppliers and retailers
- Support suppliers with campaign setup, optimisation, and performance monitoring
- Present the Retail Media Network (RMN) proposition to retailers and brands
- Drive revenue by engaging suppliers and retailers to achieve internal and external targets
Requirements:
- Experience in retail media, eCommerce, or the digital industry
- Previous experience within the CPG brands/retailers
- Sales experience in both pitching and closing projects
- Confident in presenting to both small and large audiences
- Ability to manage multiple external stakeholder requests
- Ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders and build relationships founded on trust and product knowledge
