An Operations Specialist role is now open in a foreign medical device company. The chosen applicant will be in charge of managing import/export processes, logistics, and stock planning to ensure smooth operations. This is a contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage import and export processes, including customs clearance, shipping arrangements, and maintaining certificates
- Provide in-transit reports and required documentation to customs brokers and update internal customers
- Liaise with and monitor 3PL for device storage, shipments, and stock accuracy
- Support warehouse operations, ERP transactions, and database management
- Coordinate with sales and service teams regarding delays, discrepancies, and delivery timelines
- Arrange demo, sales, and service goods delivery with internal teams and 3PL
- Process logistics-related fees and prepare monthly warehouse and distribution cost updates
- Report annually on medical import/repair to KMDIA and plastic usage to KECO, and conduct quarterly and yearly stock counts
- Update weekly stock levels, escalate supply chain issues, and submit forecast adjustments based on demand
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or above in business or a related field
- More than 3 years of direct experience in a relevant area
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in written and verbal English
