A multinational luxury fashion brand is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager. The selected applicant will be in charge of leading end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely, high-quality hires that align with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver full-cycle recruitment across Corporate and Store functions, ensuring timely and high-quality hires for key positions
- Proactively source, screen, and shortlist candidates, managing the process from job posting to offer acceptance
- Partner with HRBPs, Retail, and business leaders to understand talent needs and develop sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Plan and lead the 90-day onboarding process to ensure smooth integration and strong employee experience
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies with global teams, ensuring alignment with the Group’s identity and local market
- Drive workforce planning discussions with HRBPs and leaders to anticipate future hiring needs
- Analyse market trends and KPIs to inform recruitment priorities and pipeline development
- Manage dashboards and KPIs such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate, reporting regularly to HQ and leadership
- Collaborate with HRBPs and C&B to review compensation packages and ensure market competitiveness
- Optimise recruitment budgets by managing job boards, agencies, and referral programs
- Represent the brand at job fairs, recruitment days, and external events to attract top talent
- Oversee ATS and recruiting tools to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coach hiring managers to enhance interview skills, candidate experience, and decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred
- More than 10 years of experience in talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
- Proven success in both corporate and high-volume retail hiring
- Solid understanding of the luxury retail industry
- Prior experience with global luxury brands is strongly preferred
- Expertise in hands-on sourcing, strategic hiring, and employer branding
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with global ATS platforms
- Fluent level written and verbal English and Korean
