Group Product Manager

    Salary: ₩100,000,000 – ₩400,000,000 per annum

    A global technology company is searching for a Group Product Manager. The chosen applicant will lead the strategy and development of DPA solutions, integrating ML-driven recommendations and ad UX optimisation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for DPA solutions
    • Design and enhance ML-based product recommendation and ad UX optimisation features
    • Establish and monitor KPIs to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, impactful product iterations
    • Analyse market trends and competitive dynamics to identify new product opportunities
    • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to experimentation, launch, and iteration

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field
    • More than 10 years of experience in product management or related roles
    • Experience in Ad Tech, Commerce Media, DPA (Dynamic Product Ads), or Recommendation/Ranking Systems
    • Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments

    Preferred requirements:

    • MBA or advanced technical degree
    • Experience in personalisation, recommendation, or ranking systems
    • Familiarity with commerce APIs, product feed management, or dynamic creative
      systems
    • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools
    • Deep understanding of ML-based advertising or commerce ecosystems
    • Capable of influencing product direction and collaborating with global stakeholders
