Account Manager

    Location: Seoul Capital Area

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Salary: ₩50,000,000 – ₩80,000,000 per annum

    A global medical device company is searching for an Account Manager. The selected applicant will provide product expertise, support surgical procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution
    • Develop and manage key accounts, building strong relationships with hospital executives and decision-makers
    • Identify and secure new customers, including hospitals and neurosurgical centres, to expand market presence
    • Provide in-depth product and market expertise to educate customers on product applications and clinical benefits
    • Support surgical procedures in the OR, acting as a consultant to physicians and surgical staff
    • Lead contract negotiations and manage large-scale hospital agreements
    • Monitor competitor strategies and market trends to identify differentiation opportunities
    • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and training teams to drive regional growth
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience (business or science-related degree is preferred)
    • 5-10 years of experience B2B sales (or similar)
    • More than 5 years of surgical device or other medical sales experience is preferred
    • Leadership and mentoring experience within a sales team
    • Proven track record in Key Account Management and hospital contract negotiations
    • Strong network within hospital leadership, neurosurgeons, and OR staff
    • Advanced negotiation and communication skills, especially with hospital executives and physicians
