A foreign apparel retailer is searching for an Operations Manager. The selected candidate will oversee and execute key operational processes, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain strong operational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute key operational processes
- Identify and resolve inventory accuracy issues; escalate system or process gaps as needed
- Ensure accuracy of inventory counts and manage labour hours for efficient product delivery handling
- Represent the business in meetings and conference calls with the General Manager
- Review and monitor budgets, reporting, and business metrics
- Lead team development through accountability coaching and communication
- Build internal & external talent pipelines via succession planning and recruitment
- Collaborate with Store/General Manager and cross-functional partners to achieve sales floor & inventory KPIs
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in retail or related industries
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
