A foreign sports retailer is searching for a Marketing Specialist. The chosen candidate will plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute short to long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan and manage key sports campaigns across multiple channels
- Lead digital marketing, including content creation, storytelling, CRM, and social media
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to deliver a strong digital brand experience
- Build community programs and partnerships with sports events, organisations, and athletes
- Drive influencer marketing, PR strategies, and brand event activations
- Plan and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation and tracking
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, business or relevant categories is preferred
- 5-7 years of working experience in marketing communication, digital marketing within the global or local sports or outdoor industry
- Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Understanding of model retail stores, online platforms, merchandising, and marketing
- A genuine passion for sports combined with a deep understanding of retail activities
- Experience in the global running sports industry is desirable
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Proficient in written and verbal English
