Marketing Specialist

    Location: Seoul Capital Area

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Salary: ₩40,000,000 – ₩60,000,000 per annum

    A foreign sports retailer is searching for a Marketing Specialist. The chosen candidate will plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute short to long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals
    • Plan and manage key sports campaigns across multiple channels
    • Lead digital marketing, including content creation, storytelling, CRM, and social media
    • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to deliver a strong digital brand experience
    • Build community programs and partnerships with sports events, organisations, and athletes
    • Drive influencer marketing, PR strategies, and brand event activations
    • Plan and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation and tracking

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, business or relevant categories is preferred
    • 5-7 years of working experience in marketing communication, digital marketing within the global or local sports or outdoor industry
    • Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
    • Understanding of model retail stores, online platforms, merchandising, and marketing
    • A genuine passion for sports combined with a deep understanding of retail activities
    • Experience in the global running sports industry is desirable
    • Ability and willingness to travel
    • Proficient in written and verbal English
