A global chemical manufacturer is looking for a Sales Manager. The chosen applicant will be leading sales growth by developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within construction, automotive, industrial, and retail sectors
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, distributors, and emerging trends
- Drive expansion into new markets through proactive lead generation and sales activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and end-users
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and act as the primary point of contact
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging, branding, and
campaign activities - Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and commercial conditions with clients
- Track sales activity and maintain updated reporting on pipeline, forecasting, and project status
- Stay up-to-date with sealant materials, industry applications, and competitive trends
- Educate customers on product usage, application standards, and compliance
requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related discipline is preferred
- More than 5 years of experience in sales within construction materials, chemical products, or industrial solutions
- Strong negotiation, communication, and technical presentation skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and hunter mentality for new business development
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
