Sales Representative

    Salary: ₩80,000,000 – ₩100,000,000 per annum

    A global medical device company is searching for a Sales Representative. The chosen candidate will be responsible for achieving sales goals, promoting product adoption, and building strong customer relationships within hospitals and clinics.

    Responsibilities:

    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and gross profit goals
    • Record sales activities in Salesforce.com
    • Manage sales reporting and maintain an accurate rolling forecast
    • Acquire and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively sell the company’s product portfolio
    • Organise and lead training sessions for surgeons and hospital staff to promote product adoption
    • Launch and promote new product lines within the territory
    • Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and hospital purchasing contacts
    • Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitor activities
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in customer interactions

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • 3-7 years of medical device sales experience
    • At least three years of related clinical experience in a hospital setting may be considered
    • Proficient with Internet, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Salesforce.com
    • Ability and willingness to travel
