    salary: ₩100M–₩140M/year

    A smart elevator company is recruiting a Sales Head to lead elevator sales and order acquisition activities targeting domestic construction companies. We welcome applications from professionals with relevant experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive elevator sales and order acquisition activities targeting mid-to-large domestic construction companies
    • Introduce, promote, and propose products to major construction developers
    • Conduct network-based sales activities and discover new clients
    • Build, lead, and manage the sales team and operations

    Requirements:

    • B2B sales experience in elevators, machinery, facilities, or construction materials
    • Proven experience in revenue generation and team management at a mid-sized domestic company (experience at a major firm not required)
    • Strong background in remodeling sales, focusing on property owners and end-users rather than construction firms
    • Experience in setting up organizations and establishing work processes, with demonstrated organizational management skills
    • Preferred: Established network with construction companies and developers
    • Preferred: Leadership experience in related industries (elevator/machinery/facilities/construction materials)
