A foreign medical device company is looking for a Sr. Professional Sales Manager (Busan/Gyeongsangnam-do). The selected applicant will execute effective sales strategies and deliver comprehensive clinical solutions aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Actively promote key products through strong sales skills and delivery of comprehensive clinical solutions
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive adoption of core products in existing and potential accounts
Proactively build customer relationships and pursue leads for products and services to achieve sales revenue and territory goals
Ensure effective communication and close collaboration with distributors to align with business objectives
Respond to customer needs related to products and services by providing innovative and practical solutions
Analyse market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
Manage and align distributors by setting and monitoring strategic goals and KPIs and strengthening sales capabilities through sales and product training
Requirements:
0-5 years of experience in medical devices or a pharmaceutical company (Endoscopy business experience is preferred)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive problem-solving skills and a team player mindset
Passion to learn and dedicate to improving patients’ lives and sense of ownership
