HR Generalist

    Location: Gyeonggi-do

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Salary: ₩55,000,000 – ₩80,000,000 per year

    A renowned equipment manufacturer is searching for an HR Generalist. The selected applicant will support and execute various human resources functions, including recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting job openings and screening resumes to conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding for new hires
    • Design and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
    • Facilitate organisational development initiatives, including culture assessments, diversity training, and leadership development programs
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of HRD programs and initiatives through feedback surveys and performance metrics
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HRD to continuously improve the organisation’s talent development strategies
    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HRD activities
    • Participate in and support initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive company culture
    • Design and implement CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programs
    • Maintain and update employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, BA, or other applicable field of study
    • 6-10 years of experience in HR
    • Knowledge of HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in manufacturing and the semiconductor industry is preferred
    • Experience with C&B works is preferred
    • Proficient in written and verbal English
