A renowned equipment manufacturer is searching for an HR Generalist. The selected applicant will support and execute various human resources functions, including recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting job openings and screening resumes to conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding for new hires
- Design and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Facilitate organisational development initiatives, including culture assessments, diversity training, and leadership development programs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of HRD programs and initiatives through feedback surveys and performance metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HRD to continuously improve the organisation’s talent development strategies
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HRD activities
- Participate in and support initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive company culture
- Design and implement CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programs
- Maintain and update employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, BA, or other applicable field of study
- 6-10 years of experience in HR
- Knowledge of HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in manufacturing and the semiconductor industry is preferred
- Experience with C&B works is preferred
- Proficient in written and verbal English
